Injection Molding
Whether your product requires a 30-ton machine or a 500-ton machine we have an array of new Injection Molders complete with robotics capable of producing high and low volume parts
Design Engineering & Tool Development
We believe in helping you create products that are innovative, well-designed, and practical, not to mention economical to produce. Whether your assembly project starts from scratch or with an existing product, our talented team of design and engineering leaders will provide an ideal solution that meets your exact needs.
Product Assembly
Assembly is our specialty and our assembly team is our shining jewel. We currently have customers whose custom assembly process includes hundreds of components as well as electronics, extensive quality testing and continuous improvement changes. Our team is very nimble, and we’re always open to new ideas. New training, new equipment, and even specialized processes are regularly introduced at our facility, helping to enhance our assembly strategies and bring your ideas to life.
Warehousing and Drop Ship Fulfilment
Between our two facilities we have the space needed to support your warehousing and shipping needs. Our team works hard to provide a seamless process to get your product to your customers and keep you well informed along the way. Our facilities are safe, secure and climate controlled. Shipping is made even easier as our North Baltimore facility is located just minutes from the I75 interstate and right across the road from the largest railyard in our area.
CNC WIRE BENDING
Bending stainless steel can be time consuming and lack consistency. We’ve invested in a brand new CNC wire bender to give our customers piece-of-mind and shorter lead times. With capabilities of up to 1/2″ diameter our machine can bend and drill virtually any component your project may require.
